This is my favourite late night Chinese take out spot. The Pepsi sign is so old it is now retro. It has nowhere to sit and eat. It's been the same wY for years and years and it isn't changing like the rest of this area of Dartmouth is changing. So there really is no cool factor here.
But the food is good. It's hot. It's fresh. It's cheap. If's made to order. Try it and enjoy. -

You won't find a better deal on Chinese food in HRM. Sweet & Sour Chicken combo for $9 taxes in, including a can of soda! Pretty tasty as well!

I walked in and the place was really smoky, like they'd just had a little fire and put it out. I don't know if it's like this all the time or if it was just this one time, but it was a bit unnerving. No mention of it by the nice lady behind the counter. The service was good, the woman was pleasant and courteous. I ordered the Combo A consisting of Chicken fried rice, Almond chicken gai ding and an egg roll. Also I was offered a can of pop for no extra charge. It doesn't say that on the menu as far as I saw but it was a pleasant surprise. The wait time was about 10 minutes or so, which was a bit unpleasant because of the smoke but otherwise fine. As for the food it was all right, not amazing but not terrible. The chicken was a bit dry and the egg roll was a bit rubbery on the outside, not crisp. The rice was average. But for the price I paid the food was adequate. I personally wouldn't go back, not because of anything bad that happened but just because I can get better quality food for about the same price elsewhere.

This place looks totally shady on the outside and they only do take-out. Their food is really tasty for Chinese food. I'd recommend their chicken pan curry or their Singapore noodles.
Their service is always very friendly and they have very cheap prices for the amount of food you get. Make sure to take cash.
